Store Policies

Placing Orders…

All orders placed either online or by telephone, must be received before 12:00 noon (EST). Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. Please keep in mind that packages leave our facility Monday through Thursday only, and that some holidays may affect our shipping schedule.

Product Availability…

Due to seasonal availability of some of our products, occasionally some items may not be in stock. We do our best keep our inventories up to date, however, it is possible that orders placed in advance may have to be rescheduled, or another size or grade of seafood substituted. Someone from our store will always contact you before your order ships, if a problem arises.

Delivery…

We make every effort to ship the freshest seafood available, however sometimes because of circumstances beyond our control packages arrive damaged or spoiled due to delays during shipment. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather or shipping carriers. If you feel that your order has arrived damaged, spoiled or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Do not discard your order until speaking with us, as we may request that it be returned.
